Our Attorneys

Richard M. Grimes received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He was admitted to practice by the Texas Supreme Court in 1995, Mr. Grimes has also been admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Julian J. Fertitta, III received his B.A. from Southwestern University and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He was admitted to practice by the Texas Supreme Court in 1996, Mr. Fertitta has also been admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.

Rhonda Allen received her B.S. from Le Tourneau and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. She was admitted to practice by the Texas Supreme Court in 2004, Mrs. Allen has also been admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Texas.
