Unfortunately, it is not very surprising to hear about auto accidents in Houston that involve pedestrians. To prevent future injuries and deaths, every driver should be aware of pedestrians at all times.

Back to school is a memorable time of year for school children in Houston. With the days of summer long gone, students return to school, prepared for another year of learning. Now that school is back in full swing throughout the Houston area, drivers should slow down and use caution when driving in school zones or other areas where children may be walking.

Teen charged in accident that left four dead

A 16-year-old boy is being charged with causing the deaths of four people in an auto accident. The fatal crash occurred in Burleson, a suburb of Fort Worth. According to an Associated Press report, the accident occurred when the teen's pickup truck crashed into a disabled SUV that was stopped on the road. The crash killed the driver of the SUV, as well as three other people who had stopped to help.

Houston pedestrian seriously injured in car accident

Car accidents can leave a long list of consequences in their wake. When people are injured, they may face hospital bills, rehabilitation expenses, pain and suffering and lost wages. Some victims may be permanently scarred or handicapped, preventing them from enjoying the life the used to. Unfortunately, auto accidents can occur at any time and they can claim the health and well-being of people that are not driving cars or even riding as passengers in them.
