Grimes did a great job helping me navigate through a very contentious at-fault divorce where my ex had an incredibly nasty and unprofessional attorney (that had already scared off my first attorney). Grimes came into the mess, got it figured out, and was able to help me get a equitable split from my ex of years 17 instead of being left penniless and without custody of my children; which was what my ex was trying to do despite being at-fault. It took a year and a half but I always felt like a priority. (My family is much happier now).Posted on Clinton FranklinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mr. Grimes and his whole team were professional, and very helpful. They did not push; they informed me of the process and let me make my own decision on whether to proceed with the claim. Once the claim was started, they kept me informed the whole time. I definitely recommend them to people.Posted on Christy BergerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you for helping us at a time when we needed it most.Posted on Christopher StroudTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When I was involved in my wreck, my wife reached out to this firm and it was by far the greatest decision. Richard and his team have been more than incredible, extremely caring individuals. If you need someone who will work tooth and nail for you and not treat you like just another number this is the firm for you. The communication was amazing never a time where I was wondering what the next move was or where we were in the case it was always an open line. If I could give 10 stars I would. I can’t thank them enough for their work and being so kind through the entire thing without them I don’t know where I’d be right now. Thank you guys so much!!Posted on Katy WilsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Richard and his team enough. I went through a long and difficult case involving the parent child relationship with a high-conflict co-parent, and Richard, his paralegal, and the entire team were incredible every step of the way. They were not only knowledgeable and thorough in navigating the legal process, but also kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout. I always felt like I had people in my corner who truly cared and who made sure I never felt alone during such a stressful time. Richard and his team are trustworthy, dedicated, and genuinely good people who put in the time and effort it takes to fight for what is best for their clients. I am so grateful for everything they did to help me and my family.

Cause No. AP-10-306: Deirdre Worley, individually and as Co-Administrator of the Estate of Richard Dale Worley, Sr. and Richard Dale Worley, II, individually and as Co-Administrator of the Estate of Richard Dale Worley, Sr. vs. Contract Transportation Systems Co., The Sherwin-Williams Co., and Francisco Sanchez, Jr.
Richard Worley Sr., a 63-year-old self-employed businessman, was driving a pickup truck towing a trailer when he collided with a tractor-trailer driven by Francisco Sanchez Jr., a Sherwin-Williams employee operating under Contract Transportation Systems. Worley died two hours after being transported to the hospital. Plaintiff (Worley’s family) alleged Sanchez failed to maintain a proper lookout and control his speed, leading to the collision. They also presented a witness who claimed Worley signaled properly before turning. Defense argued Worley’s negligence in loading hay impaired visibility, and that the intersection was inherently dangerous. Witnesses confirmed that Mr. Worley had signaled his turn well before the intersection, while evidence showed that Sanchez had passed another vehicle and then attempted to pass Worley within 100 feet of the intersection – actions in direct violation of state law and Sherwin-Williams’ own safety guidelines. Defense counsel argued that the intersection was inherently dangerous and that Mr. Worley’s hay load obstructed his view. The jury ultimately found Sanchez 90% liable and Worley 10% liable for the collision.
