Fatal pedestrian accident shuts down Texas road

According to law enforcement officials, the driver who hit the man could not prevent the accident and did not receive a citation. The side of the freeway the crash occurred on was temporarily shut down. The incident took place in Corpus Christi between Weber Road and Everhart.

When a pedestrian is struck by a car, it can cause numerous problems for them. If they are fortunate enough to survive the incident, they could struggle with serious injuries and costly medical expenses. Furthermore, they might be unable to work or take care of daily responsibilities. These accidents can lead to confusion with regard to the legal process, which sometimes leaves those who have been hit unsure how to move forward. Anyone who is going through this may want to think about speaking to a legal professional.
